This home is located in Lighthouse Pointe , the home sits on a very large lot, and has no one next to you on each side and nothing can be placed there, I have done all kids of upgraed inside and it is also nicely landscaped (by me) there is no one behind you, very very quiet!!! all applications are background cked, very secure community. 2 pools 2 clubhouse. lots of activities, and much more. It is a Senior Community but they allow 45 and older in also, pets allowed no chg with restrictions
